You'll need:
4 chicken breasts (or chicken strips)
1 cup Italian Dressing (I like Kraft Zesty Italian...nom nom)
3 tsp honey
2 tsp lime (or lemon) juice
Put your marinade ingredients in a container and shake them up!
Take your chicken breasts and cut them in to strips. Put them in a baggy, dump your marinade on top of the chicken and then stick it in the fridge for at least one hour.
Dump the baggy (marinade and all) into a large skillet and cook over medium heat. It's going to look super watery and gross. That's ok.
Around 40 minutes, a lot of the moisture has cooked out of the concoction and you start getting the marinade to turn a nice golden color. Take your chicken pieces and rub them on the caramelized marinade, getting each piece coated.
Voila! :D
If you want to make it just like Cracker Barrel, cook a few strips of bacon (1 per breast) and lay it on top, then put a few slices of cheddar cheese over top of the chicken while warm.
